These terms and conditions govern the use of the simpliCAR platform, which is a one-stop shop for car services connecting car shops to clients. By using the simpliCAR platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Service Description

These terms and conditions govern the use of the simpliCAR platform, which is a one-stop shop for car services connecting car shops to clients. By using the simpliCAR platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. Responsibility

simpliCAR acts as a facilitator between the client and the service provider. The company is not responsible for the quality of the services provided by the service provider or for any damages that may occur during the transportation of the vehicle, except if the client requested the transportation service and the vehicle is not insured. The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided to simpliCAR, including the type and condition of the vehicle, and for ensuring that the vehicle is in a roadworthy condition and insured. The service providers offer a warranty for their services for a couple of weeks after the completion of the service.

4. Payment

The client is responsible for paying the transportation fee of 50 soles to simpliCAR and any additional charges incurred by the service provider for the services requested. The payment will be made through the simpliCAR platform.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If the client cancels a service request, simpliCAR will provide a full refund if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If the cancellation is made after this time, simpliCAR will not provide a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

simpliCAR will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client as a result of using the platform or the services provided by the service provider, except if the client requested the transportation service and the vehicle was not insured. The client assumes all risks associated with using the simpliCAR platform and the services provided by the service provider.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

simpliCAR reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The client is responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions. The continued use of the simpliCAR platform after any changes to these terms and conditions will constitute the client's acceptance of such changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which simpliCAR operates.

10. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between simpliCAR and the client and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the use of the simpliCAR platform.
